This is why there is still no replacement for a compelling and well-laid out text when it comes to achieving your goals – online or in the real world.
Work background
I have worked in writing and translating texts as well as in creating media and webpage layouts for various companies like Elkjøp Nordic/Gigantti, Veikon Kone and Treated.com. Both in a freelance capacity and as a full-time employee.
Whether it is consumer facing information pages, product guides or brand pages, B2B-content, or social media copy, I am conversant with them all and more than able to write and create engaging content for varying purposes in both Finnish and English. Below you'll find a few examples.
Project 01
Project involved creating four pages and a hub page for SEO-purposes to guide people in transferring data from an old phone to a new one. Master text created in English and translated to the Nordic languages: Finnish version by me. The layout designed in CoreMedia CMS program to provide information easily and further engagement with store content after.
Project 02
Project involved creating two pages: one to explain why you should by a wine cooler and one to explain which wine cooler is suitable for you. Master text originally created in English and translated to the Nordic languages: Finnish version by me. The layout designed by me in CoreMedia to engage the customer in the content, provide useful information easily and help in the purchasing decision.
Project 03
Project involved creating a page to present Elkjop/Gigantti's monthly B2B-deals. A simplified page to give only the relevant information and describe the products on offer. Updated monthly. Pages created in English and translated into Finnish by me.
Project 04
Project involved translating Elkjop/Gigantti's support services hub page and landing pages from English to Finnish. Recquired maintaining Gigantti's brand voice, while being engaging and translating very specificallly worded information on said support services.
Project 05
Project involved creating two pages on the topic of blenders: one for advice on how to extend your blender's lifetime, and one for ideas on what you can make with a stick mixer. Writing and translating to Finnish as well as creating the layout of the page in CoreMedia with the goal of keeping customers engaged on the page.
Project 06
Project involved creating landing pages for Apple Macbooks, Apple Watches, and iPads for Veikon Kone. Texts written in Finnish with SEO-performance in mind, top banners created by me to entice sales, and page layout designed in Magento 2 Page Builder to allow people easy access to different product categories.

Project involved creating brand pages for AMD and NVIDIA for Veikon Kone. Texts written in Finnish and layout designed in Magento 2 Page Builder to emphasize the specific strengths and technologies of the brands as well as to improve overall SEO-performance.
Project 08
Project involved creating landing pages for Samsung Galaxy phones, Samsung Galaxy tablets, and Samsung Galaxy Book laptops for Veikon Kone. Created top banners, wrote brand and product descriptions in Finnish for SEO-efficiency and designed layout.
